(1) A police officer shall not publish or broadcast any article under his real or fictitious name through any media without obtaining the permission of the chief. However, with the permission of the head, there will be no hindrance in the transmission of information or information related to the activities of the office.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), articles on literary, artistic, historical, scientific and commercial subjects may be published or broadcast. After publishing or broadcasting the article, the center should be informed about it.
